Jared has been driving here (picture below) the night before in the dark. We just had to come out this morning to see how it looked like. We were stuck in the sand for a little while.. (the water had covered up the spinning tracks, sadly no picture of that) Haha! It was hilirious and tons of fun!
It was quite windy
The nature in Wales reminded me a lot of home (Norway) and it was amazing!
We found a sign to a historic church and drove up to see it. It turned out to be the oldest surviving church in Wales. The prince of Gwynedd, Llywelyn the Great worshipped here with his wife Joan in the 12th century. The chantry had the year 1691 intagliated.
We visited my friend Henriette in Aberystwyth. A beautiful town at the coast of Wales.
Then we went on a hike to find some stones called Bryn Cader Faner but we could not find them. It turned out, we could have taken another way not too far away, but it was getting dark, so sadly we were not able to see them. Another time we decided, renting horses to go up. But we did have a nice 2-3 hour walk.
